When do we use the Past Simple?
- Actions completed in the past
- She visited Paris last year.
- A sequence of past events
- He woke up, had breakfast and left the house.
- Past habits or states
- We lived in London when I was a child.
Regular verbs: add -ED

⚠️ Important: In negatives and questions, always use the base form of the verb, not the past form.
- ✅ She didn't go to school.
- ❌ She didn't went to school.
